So, I've never done Yoga, Barre, or Pilates before...

No worries! We welcome people of all skill levels and even have special classes designed for beginners where you will be introduced to the basics and learn core skills of that practice.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable that allows you to move freely, like fitness/yoga apparel. Please do NOT wear shoes during class. Grippy socks and/or bare feet are perfect!

Do I have to register in advance?

Yes please. Our class sizes are limited for the comfort of our clients. Please register online using this link or call (330) 539-2574.

Can I bring my cell phone?

Please leave your cell phone secured inside your vehicle or turned on silent and tucked away in a cubby during class. We do not allow cell phones inside the studios.

Where can I put my stuff?

Small cubbies are available for you to store your things during class. We are not responsible for lost or stolen objects, so please keep valuables secured in your vehicle or left at home.

What do I need to bring to Barre class?

Please bring water and your own mat.  If you do not have a mat we do have ones that can be used. Other Barre props will be provided for you to use as well.

What do I need to bring to Yoga class?

Please bring water and your own no-slip yoga mat. We do however, have ones that can be used if you forget one. Other yoga props such as blocks and straps are provided for you.

What do I need to bring to Pilates class?

Please bring water and your own mat. If you do not have a mat we do have ones that can be used. Other Pilates props such as a ball, strap or yoga block(s) will be provided for you to use.
